    Hello,

    Gmail and Amazon is for me an exemple in terms of mailing management for the customer : clear and stressed information about the order and the delivery.

    Is it possible to add tags into the mails in order to push metadata and clever presentation to the customer ?
    (image of the product, date of delivery, order status, …) ?

    Well, there’s nothing stopping you from modifying the default e-mail template in any way you want – the order status variable is available in the e-mails. The product image, date of delivery etc. would need to be implemented – either as an extension to Jigoshop eCommerce, or in the core itself.
