    Hi,

    First how do I know if I already have a paid version of not. I don’t think so….but just to be sure…

    Next I want to NOT send mails to the ADMIN when users do reset password or so, but I cannot disable those mails (toggle and SAVE, but SAVE does nothing)….Is that a bug or is this a feature that only works for PAID versions?

    Hello @urkvmdr ,

    First how do I know if I already have a paid version of not. I don’t think so….but just to be sure…
    -> To check what version you have, please go to your site’s Dashboard -> Plugins -> Installed Plugins -> and send a full screenshot with everything you have installed related to Profile Builder (make sure the plugin version can be seen)

    You can use a site like https://snipboard.io/ to share the screenshots.

    The second issue you mentioned is not related to the paid version so we can discuss the it here.
    You are saying that you disabled the emails from Profile Builder -> Settings -> Email Customizer -> Admin Emails, you saved the changes but the emails remain enabled?

    Could you send a screenshot with that page as well?
