• I just paid for the Mailchimp Add on and have been waiting for the download page to appear after the payment receipt. The paypal page is still “processing” and its been five minutes. I went to DownLoad Manager to register and that is taking forever too. Server problems?

    Would like my MailChimp Plugin . . .

    Now I got this message: Internal Server Error

    The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.

    Please contact the server administrator, [email protected] and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.

    More information about this error may be available in the server error log.

    Additionally, a 500 Internal Server Error error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

    I have already received receipt for payment for MailChimp Add on. . . can’t reach your contact page.

    Shahriar – thank you. I have sent another email to support. This is what I asked:

    How do I get the register to work before they download? Am I missing anything? I cannot get it to link to the MailChimp plugin I just purchased too.
