Mailchimp API error

    Forbidden. Request: GET https://us18.api.mailchimp.com/3.0/ Response: 403 Forbidden –

    Also tried enable a javascript code for a subscriber pop up form. Doesn’t work and it disables several pictures on the website.

    Assume the API needs to be fixed first. Any reason why I get error 403? Tried disabling the API key, requested new– Tried twice but didn’t work.

    Your hosting IP might have been blocked by the Akamai firewall. This can happen on shared IP hosting if someone else using the same IP did something to get banned.

    It’s working now, thanks.

    However the subscription signup form we made doesn’t look responsive in the phone.

    Feels like it’s “stuck” in the header and you can only see one line and the send button.

    edit: maybe this is an issue within mailchimp.com and not the plug-in?
