    My Mailchimp API is set up and connected to my pop-up and my email list is single opt-in, but Hustle is not sending the emails to Mailchimp.

    Hello @katieskinner

    I hope you’re doing well!

    The error shows that the merge fields were invalid. Please make sure that the field type that is created in the Hustle are matching with field type on Mailchimp’s list.

    Also, check if on Mailchimp’s end there are required fields added, make the same field required in opt-in too.

    Make sure the Audience field’s tag matching the field’s name in the opt-in list.

    If the issue is still there, please export an opt-in that has an issue and share a download link with us. To export it, please click on settings and Export as shown in this screenshot:

    Upload the export file to a DropBox, or to GoogleDrive and share a download file with us.
