Mailchimp Checkbox causing second checkbox

    We have a MailChimp subscribe checkbox on the checkout page for visitors (signed in customers don’t have the newsletter subscription box if already signed up.) This check box is causing a second reCAPTHCA to appear and I am not sure how to stop it from happening. Is there a way to only have the reCAPTCHA code to appear once on the checkout page?
