Mailchimp connection error (issues with API key)

    When trying to establish a connection between FORMINATOR and MAILCHIMP, I keep getting this message: Failed to process request : Your API key may be invalid, or you’ve attempted to access the wrong datacenter.

    Mailchimp informed me that my API key is active and connected, so I am a bit lost as to why I cannot establish the connection. As of now, people subscribing to the newsletter, are not getting transferred into my mailchimp contactlist, which is very frustrating

    Hi @izabo2020

    I hope you are doing well today.

    In the first place can remove integration and re-add it again. But this time check if your API Key does not contain any empty space at the end or at the begening?

    Also, is there any other plugin on the site which connect with MAILCHIMP with same or other API Key?
