If you have configured the API Key in the Jeg Elementor Kit settings and have selected one of the available lists in the Mailchimp widget settings, you can try repeating these steps from the beginning. Additionally, for the widget, you can try using a new Mailchimp widget.
If these steps still do not work, do you have any caching or optimization systems on your site? If so, we recommend disabling all of these features first, as there may be a possibility that caching or optimization is causing this issue.
Previously, we have tried it on our end, but we did not encounter any issues like the one you are experiencing. Therefore, we will wait for further updates from you.
