    Dear @ariannahuff ,

    Thanks for your question.

    We provide an integration with MailChimp but it works with the following logic. The form with the appropriate fields is customized in MailChimp and we give the possibility for it to appear in a popup.

    So, if you customize the form in MailChimp and then save changes in Popup Maker, the popup will appear with the fields you added.
