mailchimp form isn’t working

    I have install the popup and I use “with call to action” I have paste the `<input type=”text” name=”NAME” placeholder=”Name”>
    <input type=”email” name=”EMAIL” placeholder=”e-mail” required />
    <input type=”submit” value=”Subscribe” class=”subscribe” />`

    and the subscripion button isn’t working.
    Why?
