Mailchimp Form submit message “Action Failed”

    I have a form that submits to MailChimp, when I click submit (with a valid email) the message returned is “Action Failed”. The email is added but doesn’t indicate that with the message returned.

    In Actions After Submit, make sure that you only have MailChimp.

    also check that all fields are mapped correctly in MailChimp -> Field Mapping.
