    Hi,

    At the bottom of the page I have used Mailchimp Subscriber button “get started”. But this button is not working. Do I require any further setting or will it automatically work?

    When click on the “Get Started Button”, it is not showing any message. I also want to clear the email required field once it successfully send. Please check the link.

    Website is on ww.wp.xz.cn.

    I am looking for immediate support.

    Thanks

    One more thing I would like to mention, I found in the setting – API Key, Should I give the API Key?

    I am looking for immediate support.

    Thanks

    Hey @onstep,

    Thanks for reaching out to us.

    Please see the screenshot below https://www.dropbox.com/s/pczv1lr9rtkrdrw/Screenshot%202020-11-10%20at%209.40.21%20AM.png?dl=0.

    The button is working. There is an error since you have not selected any list in the form settings where the form data would be submitted. Please go to the “MC4WP > Form” menu in your WordPress admin, then click on the “Settings” tab and select a list before testing again.

    You can also use the following CSS code to make sure the text is visible as currently, it is not.

    .mc4wp-response p {
        color: #FFFFFF !important;
    }

    Hi Harish!

    Thanks for the excellent support.

    The code you have given is working and now it is showing the messages. It is true I need to select a List from Settings.

    Is there any settings, that the subscriber email id can send directly in my Email Account Inbox. So I can get an idea when I check my email account and I do not need to open and check the mail chimp account.

    Thanks.

    If you have our Premium add-on you can setup an email notification for each form that will send you an email directly after the form is submitted.

    Hope that helps. If you have any questions, please let me know!
