    Hi,

    I have a pop up with an email list integration. I connected with an API key and have set Mailchimp as the integration within the pop up as well. It is the only active app under integrations. Yet when I add a subscriber, they do not appear in Mailchimp. How can I fix this?

    I hope you are doing well!

    I’ve tested the integration on my end and can’t replicate this issue. Would you please make sure to enable “Automatically opt-in new users to the mailing list.” option, as shown in a screenshot below?

    If the issue still persists, please disconnect MailChimp integration from Hustle > Integrations, and try to connect it one more time.
