Mailchimp is connected but doesn't work

Hi,
My forms seem to be integrated to my mailchimp list.

But when I fill in my email address I don’t get a confirmation mail from mailchimp. And in my mailchimp list I cannot find my email. Is there something wrong with the connection?
Any idea?
