I checked more about this, however, I am afraid as of now subscribers can be added only to a single list. We do have an improvement task already about this but as of now, I will not be able to confirm the ETA as to when it will be released.
As a workaround, if it helps, you can conditionally pass data to different groups within your audiences. You can read more about it here: https://wpmudev.com/docs/wpmu-dev-plugins/forminator/#sending-data-conditionally-example
