• Ive been using Mialchimp for a newsletter for years, this month the RSS feed stopped. Mailchimp say the link is not valid so they can not help and are not trained in XML coding to help

the feed i use is – jonmatthews.co.uk/feed/ – ive use a feed validating tool – the link it creates shows no posts

I recently changed themes, updated to php 5.6 – but its run 1 newsletter since

I’ve removed all posts, and just put a test one in in case here was a formatting problem (I’ve had that before) – but no difference

I’ve changes to twenty fourteen -no difference

I’ve disabled all plugins – no difference

I don’t know what to try next, any help gratefully received
    Im using wordpress 4.9.11
    Thanks in advance

  • There’s something odd going on there…

Something is appending this –> ?LMCL=Rp3fd1 <– onto your URLs including the RSS feed URLs.

I have no clue what is doing that and I can’t get much info from your website either.

Sucuri said your site didn’t appear to be hacked but then it couldn’t figure out who your host is or what kind of server you are running.

Then when I went back the site quit doing that.

I can see the RSS feed or the Atom feed just fine but when I pass them to a validator or Heiko Behrens feed sanitizer they come back as empty.

Can you shed any light on this? Is this an IIS or a LightSpeed Server or is there a proxy in front of it?

Not sure if it is connected, but WordPress wont let me update to the 5.2.3 version o I get this message

Download failed.: cURL error 28: connect() timed out!

    Installation Failed

    I got a response from REG 123 –
“This code was added for security purposes while some updates are made on hosting platforms.”
