So it is a time out error. What can I do about that?

The cURL 28 issue is server-related and not specifically caused by any Plugin/Theme or the WordPress core.
The timeout error means that the plugin did not receive a timely response from the server within the expected time frame. The server might be taking too long to process the request, or there could be network issues causing delays.
