Mailchimp not working

Hi,

I set up this plugin on my development site and connected it to my Mailchimp list. When I input an email address, I get this error message:

The requested URL /wp/<!– Begin MailChimp Signup Form –> <div id=”mc_embed_signup”> <form action=”http://workreadplay.us5.list-manage.com/subscribe/post was not found on this server.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

How can I fix this?
