• hi everyone
im using mailchimp to handle my email subscribers, and i’d like to use their pop-up form feature. i create the form, select the ‘evil pop-up mode’ etc. and create the embed code…and this is where i get stuck

where do i add this code? i just want the form to pop-up on the homepage (i’ve set the parameters when creating the code). using the textbox widget doesnt work – the pop-up works but the layout gets messed up, buttons dont work etc

do i insert it into one of the .php pages in the Appearance Editor thing, or something? sorry, very new at this! hope someone can help me soon! thanks 🙂

just an update – i added the code in the footer, and the pop-up showed.. but its the same as it was when i put it in the textbox widget – i.e. subscribe button doestn seem to respond or work, the form layout is a bit weird, and the ‘X’ close button is cropped for some reason
    help!

now im trying to add the normal Mailchimp form, and to embed it using a wordpress pop-up plugin (Displet Pop) which seems to work great. however, the subscribe button STILL doesnt work! what on earth is wrong with it!? so frustrating
