Hustle does have MailChimp integration. Please see our docs about it https://wpmudev.com/docs/wpmu-dev-plugins/hustle/#mailchimp
If you want to use Mailchimp form, you can create Informational type, see here https://wpmudev.com/docs/wpmu-dev-plugins/hustle/#creating-modules-popups-slide-ins-embeds
and then in the Content, switch to Text and place your form code:
