    Hi there,

I need some help. Since some months I get errors with ninja forms in my logs. I wrote in the ninja forms support and they told me to contact you.

On my website I use Ninja Forms with WP Mail SMTP. Mail SMTP logs following and the source is Ninja Forms (by Log):

    Mailer: Different SMTP-Server
SMTP Error: The following recipients failed: ….@….: : Sender address rejected: not owned by user …..

If I try the forms by myself, there is no problem. All is fine and I get the mail and all is stored in the Backend. Other Mails also fine. But in some special cases I get the error.

    Does anyone know why?

    Kind regards

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi @ronny84,

Thanks for reaching out! Please note that the WP Mail SMTP plugin serves as a bridge between your WordPress site and your email mailer service. In simple terms, the actual email will be sent from your connected email account or mailer service.

The error message you encountered, “Sender address rejected: not owned by user ….@…..,” is returned by your mailing service provider or SMTP server.

It appears that you do not have the necessary permissions to send emails to that specific email address.

Please reach out to the support team of your mailer service to investigate this issue. They should be able to provide assistance.

    I hope this helps. Thanks!
