mailer doesn't work

Greetings,
first i want to thank you for this plugin. I have some questions please :
1. i’m testing the plugin before adopting it to create paper submission form for the authors that hope to participate in a scientific conference, but,
after activating the mailer, i don’t receive any email, also people who use the form and put their emails in the specific field in it. no notification emails are received.
also,
2. exporting the data collected by the forms in CSV form shows puts all fields in one cell. this means that names, emails, urls etc.. are displayed in on cell per submission. and this makes the CSV useless specially when the form comprises a wide set of fields. So, if you can please fix this issue.
3. can you please help me to know how to make my form displayed only for logged in users?best regards
