    Hello community

    We need a mailinglist plugin for our non-profit organisation.

    We want to have a sign-up form, on our site, where users can sign-up for newsletters based on their specifik interest/preference.

    Eg lists for:
    – General board meetings
    – Local meetings
    – European co-work

    I have been looking on mailchimp. But it seems very advanced.

    Do you have any suggestions?

    I recommend avoiding doing your own sign ups. If not well managed you could get your domain black listed as a source of spam. Services like mailchimp make it difficult to misuse a mailing list and protects your domain from being black listed. I’m sorry you find mailchimp intimidating, but try to muddle through and get it working. It’s worth the effort.

    There are other bulk mailing services, but they are probably all similarly complicated. It’s the nature of the beast.
