    Hello

    My mail is not working. my all setting are correct.
    Enable the RSVP e-mail notifications? yes

    In the SMTP setting

    Notification sender name: ajay kumar (can i use any name here)

    Insert the display name of the notification sender.
    Notification sender address : redacted (can i use any email here)

    Mail sending method: SMTP

    SMTP host : cloud.adroitssd.com(provided by hosting)

    Mail sending port
    465

    Use SMTP authentication? Yes

    SMTP username
    redacted

    Insert the username to be used to access your SMTP server.
    SMTP password
    •••••••••••••

    If i use this ssl://smtp.gmail.com:465 and book the ticket it take long time then do the booking. data is stored but mail is not send .

    I dont understant what to do .

    It sounds like you have mail delivery problems. If you are using GMail then give this plugin a look.

    It can be a little tricky setting up the OAuth 2.0 (it always takes me two tries, I’m clumsy) but once you have that installed your email should just work and be delivered.

    Concerning gmail: if it takes a long time when configured like that, it means your server probably can’t reach the gmail servers (your hosting provider can tell you that).
    Concerning cloud.adroitssd.com as a mailserver, it seems you set the port to 465 too, meaning encrypted mail is desired. So try putting “ssl://cloud.adroitssd.com” as mailserver
