    Dear

I’m trying to activate the integration of Mailtjet to Forminator, but each time I try, I receive the same error. I’ve double checked the API credentials, and even created a new one, but that doesn’t solve the issue.
    Are there any workarounds?

Error: Failed to process the request. Please ensure the API keys are correct and the server has an active internet connection.

    All the best

    Hi @robbie1304,

I’m not able to replicate any such issue when I test in my system. Could we know whether the error you notice is when submitting the form? or did you notice the error under the Forminator > Submission page?

Could you please make sure these are the steps which you have performed?

    https://wpmudev.com/docs/wpmu-dev-plugins/forminator/#mailjet

Could we also know on which page you have the form? I checked the /contact page and I was able to successfully submit the form?

    Looking forward to your response.

    Regards,

    Nithin

    Hi @wpmudevsupport11

Thank you for your answer. I’m sorry my initial problem wasn’t clear. The problem is not with submitting forms, it is with connecting to the Mailjet API. Whenever I try to input Mailjet’s API Key & Secret, I get an error message from Forminator (“Failed to process the request. Please ensure the API keys are correct and the server has an active internet connection”). I do follow the steps listed in your documentation.

I’ve made a screenshot, which can be found here: https://drive.google.com/file/d/196u68MaaIRk4PoIPxIKxMLbZHkGqHmN4/view?usp=sharing

In other words, I am unable to link Forminator with Mailjet. How can I solve this issue?

    Hi @robbie1304,

As we mentioned in our previous response, the integration worked fine when we tested it at our end. This suggests the issue is specific to your website.

Please check that you are using the correct API credentials and ensure there are no errors in their entry.

Additionally, verify whether a Web Application Firewall is enabled on your website, as it could be causing the issue. If so, consider reaching out to your hosting support team, as they may have more insights or solutions for this.

Let us know the results so that we can help you further.

    Best Regards,
    Nebu John
