MailMunch plugin setting 404

    Hello Team

    my site : Rumahidentik.com

    i am just simply unable to do any setup on mailmunch plugin..
    its 404 after clicking “setting” from the mailmunch plugin area.

    after the load my website goes to : rumahidentik.com/ruid

    can you explain how to fix this?
