MailPoet BLANK – not functioning

Since the major WordPress update (and other major updates yesterday) my MailPoet is totally blank – cannot access anything at all. Have deactivated, activated and cleared history with no luck on my Genesis Theme (from StudioPress).

Thanks for writing. Sorry about the technical issue you’re having. Can you try manually re-installing MailPoet? Here’s a guide to help you: https://kb.mailpoet.com/article/258-re-installing-updating-the-plugin-via-ftp

Hi – have just tried as you suggested – still no luck!
MailPoet reflects on the left side of the dashboard with its sub-headings, but all are totally blank.

Hi,
chiming in, I have the exact same problem.
Nothing changed in between a working state and the blank page, except upgrading to WP 5.5 .
Hoping for a solution, too 🙂

This looks like a plugin conflict. Can you disable all your plugins and see if MailPoet works?

If it does work, enable all your other plugins one after the other until MailPoet breaks again. You’ll be able to tell us which plugin is at fault.

Wow. Unexpected indeed. It was a conflit with https://fr.ww.wp.xz.cn/plugins/mentions-legales/
