• I’m testing MailPoet to see if it fits our needs. So far it looks good, except for one problem. I put a short code to a subscription form on our Contact Us page here:

    https://thehemetmuseum.org/contact-us/

When a user signs up for the newsletter and clicks the subscribe button, they are redirected to the “Confirm you’re not a robot” page. On that page, all the menus and submenus in the header are changed to read “Confirm you’re not a robot”.

That happens in the Firefox, DuckDuckGo, and Edge browsers, but not in Chrome. (I am currently logged in in our website’s admin area in Chrome, where I’m playing with MailPoet.) Chrome completely skipped the “Confirm you’re not a robot” page.

I’ve devoted a lot of time and energy learning about and configuring MailPoet and I like it so far, but this browser behavior makes it unusable.

Has anyone had this happen to them? If so, how did you fix it?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi @chuckcoker,

Thanks for reporting this issue. I can replicate it on my website and have already prepared a fix. It should be released in the next MailPoet version next Tuesday.

This is because MailPoet doesn’t show this confirmation for website admins. But the issue is present in all browsers.

Thank you! I’m looking forward to it. So far, I’m impressed with your product. The test emails from the preview screen have all looked great when they arrive in the inbox.
