MailPoet CSS

Hello,
I use mailPoet since two years and it works great.
But now I switch the Theme to a bootstrap based and I want to change the css.
I try a lot but it doest work.

I want the Name and the Last Name in one row and Phone and Email in one row under the first. Also I need to change the subscribe button style so that it fits to the theme.

I tried with these to css entries first to see what happen, but nothing changed.
