MailPoet Duplicate emails

Hi,

Recently my mailpoet plugin began auto sending 2 copies of my newsletter email to my subscriber list.

My setup in settings is with ‘Third Party’ smtp.sendgrid.net and Web API checked off.

I haven’t made any changes to my setup that I can think of or remember that would cause this to happen, do you have any suggestions on what I can do to fix this?
