MailPoet error

    When we activate the MailPoet plugin we get this error, and the site is not visible.

    We have tried to downgrade version, but still the same error.
    Everything is working fine when we deactivate.

    Please advise what to do?

    Hi @novawebb,

    This error means there’s something wrong with your database. Either something has been corrupted or is missing. It could have happened during an upgrade or if you’ve migrated your database tables from another server recently.

    Could you please try re-installing the plugin via FTP by following these instructions and let me know if it works?
