MailPoet Error: PDOException: SQLSTATE[42S22]:

Hello, Updating a website and I can't get past this error. MailPoet Error: PDOException: SQLSTATE[42S22]: Column not found: 1054 Unknown column 't0.display_in_manage_subscription_page' in 'field list' in /home2/blackhills/public_html/wp-content/plugins/mailpoet/vendor-prefixed/doctrine/dbal/lib/Doctrine/DBAL/Driver/PDOStatement.php:59
(I will post the whole error below.) 

After the error, I tried rolling back and reinstalling the backup of the site I had just made, but the error is still there, even with the older version and all the older plugin versions and older WordPress.   I tried then rolling forward to the latest version of Mailpoet to see if that would fix it, but I still have the error.  I tried rolling back to PHP 7.4 and that didn't work. Any help would be appreciated. We have been using Mailpoet on this site for years and love it.
