Mailpoet – Short code will not run

I have installed Mailpoet that pulls a page with short code to render whatever call to action is triggered such as unsubscribe etc.

I have created a custom page and selected this in settings for mailpoet. In their preview the page shows correct, but in live frontend it does not. Just displays the code.

Judging from their support, I expect an answer like we are not developers but something about filters do not allow their code. All other shortcode works fine. Why not this one? So I am hoping someone here knows what’s going on and how to fix.

Theme is TT5 php 8.3
