    Hey guys,

I need help by setting up the mailpoet plgn to my newsletter form.
I thought everything needs to work and it did a few weeks ago.

But now, it says (translation) the following when typing in Name and email and clicking the button:
“Something went wrong with your subscription. Please contact the owner of the website.”

    here are 2 screenshots:

  • Hi, I have this problem too … you were able to solve it?

    Hi @xtenco and @alethai,

This error message will be displayed for the users trying to subscribe to your newsletter if the sending method is not working.

The subscribers will be added to the MailPoet list, however, they won’t receive the confirmation email and will remain as “Unconfirmed”.

If you’re sending with the MailPoet Sending Service, it could be due to having the sending suspended, not approved yet, or because you’re trying to use an unauthorized email as the FROM email address.

Let us know if any of these cases apply to you.

    Buenas tardes.
    Mil gracias

    Hello @wysija ,
thank you very much for your professional answer which helped me well.
I’m now able to solve the problem when changing from “MailPoet Sending Service” to “Others”. But this is now what I want to because I need to also use the MailPoet Sending Service.

Maybe it broad you to better understanding of the situation?

    Sincerely,
    Adrian
