    hey guys,

    i noticed that i havent received any of my weekly newsletters lately and checking in the settings, it says none of my 33 subscribers opened them either. So there is something wrong with the setup I guess, anyone else got that problem?

    This started to happen on Dec1 , i always had some stats before that day and since then all the newsletters just show “0” …

  • I am getting the same problem all of a sudden. I get zero errors. Everything checks out and passes the ping/pong test. Mailpoet 3.0 sent just fine last month. Now I can’t get it to send test emails to any of my accounts, and I can’t get it to send any mails to anyone. I have a 515 client mailing list and none of them are getting our emails. And Mailpoet is not reporting any errors at all. Any ideas?

    Hi Chris,

    Could you post the info from MailPoet > Help > System Info please? I’d recommend removing the actual email addresses themselves as this is a public forum.

    James, I’d recommend starting a new post as even though the issue may seem the same, oftentimes the underlying cause is completely different.

    I already migrated to another Newsletter provider now.
