    I was already in contact with your support but unfortunately my problem was not solved. I now tried two different smtp plugins and all work fine with test mail and contact forms. Only the job board plugin does not send any mail (applicant, HR and admin). Can you please assist with that?

    Strange, suddenly the applicant notification works fine but HR notification is always sent to SPAM. How can I manage to get this delivered without being sent to SPAM?

    Also how can I the layout of the notifications?

    Hello @niklasbuschner,

    This spam issue is not related to SJB. It seems like your Mail Server Protocol is not properly configured. Please contact your hosting provider for this issue.

    Regarding your second question, for customizing email notification layout, you can explore the class-simple-job-board-notifications.php file placed in simple-job-board/includes directory. You can customize the email templates using hooks provided in the plugin.

    Note: Please don’t make any change directly in the plugin core files otherwise these changes will be lost after the plugin update.
