    Hi,

I’m using Hustle with Mailster. It works great but there is something I can’t figure.
Even if I check the box Automatically Opt-in new user to the mailing list, the list works as double opt-in and send a link by email to confirm the inscription. I’ve double checked and the box is properly checked on all my embeds and popup.

Could this be a bug ?

    Thanks you !

    Hi @teli86

    I hope you’re well today!

We’ve just tested it on our end but we couldn’t replicate the issue.

To make sure: you are using up to date both Hustle and Mailster plugin, right?

Is there any other plugin that may be in some way integrated with Mailster on site? Do you use any kind of caching (especially object cache on server) and if yes, have you tried to flush it after saving settings in Hustle?

Could you also check if there are any errors in browser console showing up at the moment you check the “Automatically Opt-in…” checkbox and save Mailster integration settings in Hustle popup?

    Kind regards,
    Adam

    Hi,
    I’m Well today thanks !

Here is what I tested regarding this issue :
. I do have a cache plugin wich is LiteSpeed. I purged and flushed all cache.
    . I made a fresh new popup
. I tested with an other new mailster list
. I deactivated and reactivated hustle plugin and mailster plugin
. I checked and confirm that I’m using the latest version of both plugins
. I tried with other browsers
    . I cleaned my database with WP-optimize
. I checked the console when checking the box and saving but nothing appears
. I did’t see any other plugins that could interact with mailster or hustle

None of this solved the issue.

What I didn’t try is uninstal and reinstall the plugins but I’m a little bit reluctant to do that yet because I have to resetup all my lists and settings. But I will eventually do it.

I uninstall and reinstall both plugins with the same result.

I tried with an other optin plugin popup with same result, can’t make it work as single opt-in.

So it’s a mailster issue, I will directly see with their support.

I mark this topic as solved.

    Thanks for your time !
