Main content and sidebar width

    Could someone help me to change the main content width to 640px and the sidebar width to 300px?

    check your catnav width if it on the left and set bigger than 198px

    I think catnav is for the menu. I want to resize the main content (posts and pages) and the sidebar.

    i am also looking for a solution to the width, can somebody give us a hand?
