Main image blurred

I’m using a square effect with a main image and feature image. When I paste the shortcode and check the preview, the main image is blurred to the point of being unrecognisable, but when I hover over, the feature image reveals perfectly.

I tried searching the forum and found 1 post about this, but there was no fix in there.

I have a screen grab if you need it.
