We kindly ask you to specify, how exactly are you checking page_id in the backend?
By default, WP does not create an ID for the front page, as this is where last posts are output in a cycle by default.
Could you please provide a screenshot of an error? Also, could you please describe what you are trying to achieve and what goes wrong?

1.) Permalink Settings – select Post name
2.) open phpMyAdmin then goto wp_posts and clear post_name for homepage.
