Main page center single post

Is there any was we can center 1 post on the main page? I am setting up a simple gallery with this theme which looks really nice but would like it to show centered.

I have checked class=”content section-inner”, class=”posts”, id=”posts”, the only thing that seems to move the post image is .posts .post:nth-child(2n+1).

I can see a similar query here but have inspected the page and it look like they have just added in additional margins which work in some browsers\devices but not others.
