    Hello pierremichaux,
    Thanks for the update. As I checked your shared link, the images are loading properly. Please check the conflicting with of some plugin, still, you are facing the same issue please put the below CSS in your .css file or custom CSS editor.
    Please adjust the height according to image size.

    ul.gwts-gwl-slidergal {
    height: 416px!important;
    }

    Dear,
    Thanks a lot for your reply, unfortunately it looks like the problem is still present.
    The first big image of the gallery does not load properly, nor on desktop nor on mobiles…
    Do you have any issue with DIVI theme?

    clear cache properly
    verify that you serve your images not in webp as not supported by all browsers
