Maintenance mode stuck on | ww.wp.xz.cn

Maintenance mode is turned off, but on mobile devices and everyone else’s tablet/devices the homepage still shows the maintenance mode page. I removed the maintenance plugin folder from the file manager of the website, and it was STILL showing the maintenance page. I cleared caches — no luck. I waited a few days, thinking maybe it needed time to update for some reason. No luck. I downloaded the plugin again, thinking maybe it would respond to maintenance mode being turned off this time, but no luck. I’m stumped!

It’s definitely cache controlled by nginx. It’s clearly visible in the headers.

If you don’t have any WP plugins that control it, there has to be some clear/prune button in the hosting control panel.

Any idea what that would look like in the hosting control panel? This is above my know-how.

It’s very company-specific so I can be more precise. It’s a button saying clear or prune cache.

If you add a random parameter like https://chainsawchance.com/?nocache=123321123 (which forces the server to bypass cache) you will see the normal website. But I think that actually cleared cache globally as now I’m seeing the normal website on https://chainsawchance.com/ as well.

No, it’s still showing the maintenance mode page for the homepage at https://chainsawchance.com. I do see that it bypasses it with the no cache link you sent. It also bypasses it if you go to a specific page that’s not the homepage, like https://chainsawchance.com/about/.
