Maintenance Mode won’t deactivate

    I deactivated the plugin and now getting this error:
    NACK;
    raw print:
    array(2) { [“result”]=> string(4) “NACK” [“message”]=> string(137) “Halted; Website is in maintenance mode; add a maintenance business rule, or move it up in the hierarchy display to customize this message” } pretty print:

    result => NACK
    message => Halted; Website is in maintenance mode; add a maintenance business rule, or move it up in the hierarchy display to customize this message

    raw print:
    I disabled the plugin and still get the error. I have now deleted the plugin and still get the error. Please help
