Major bug

Hello,

After updating to the latest version (7.5.0), the plugin send to connected accounts (fb and twitter) a post every one hour (in my setting I have it to post every 48 hours) a Google URL Shortner Link which leads to myblog.com/blog/ID/ (ID is a different number every time) which is a page that does not exist.
