    I’m trying to delete the oldest but its taking forever because we have a lot of email. Is there any way to speed up the search?
    I do see this in there: Database Upgrade notice. But it says it would delete ALL the email (not just the oldest) and the manual info looks old. (And wants again, for their to be a LOT less emails than we have.) Anything else we can do?

    Thanks for reaching out! Based on the information you’ve provided, it seems you’re experiencing technical issues related to your hosting provider. You might want to ask your hosting support to check and update their database software, phpMyAdmin, MySQL, etc.

    If you’re still experiencing slowness, your hosting support should be able to check and confirm whether they need to increase allocated resources such as memory and processing power for your hosting account.

    Regarding message deletion, within the WP Mail Logging -> Email Log page, you can click on “Screen Options” in the top right-hand corner of the page (see: screenshot). You can set the maximum number of entries to 999 per page, allowing you to delete more messages at once.
