Major problem with 3 websites HELP!!!

Hi all, I’m having a major problem with 3 of the 4 websites I have hosted with Crazy Domains – I’m not at all familiar with SQL databases or PHP.

The problem started happening last week after Crazy Domains had some kind of major problem with their servers, and the 3 websites that aren’t working were on a server that has been running only since last Tuesday Sept 8.

The one website I have hosted with them that is still working appears to be using a different SQL sever (has been running 64 days).

The websites look like this – text in content area all crazy characters, and wordpress menus not functioning:

Crazy Domains have been very difficult to contact, and they are saying that it’s a problem with the coding at our end – something about a Java update.

Anyone out there got any clue what is going on?
