    I am attempting to update BadgeOS from 2.4 to current version 3.6.9

    With this, I need to perform the database migration. I understand I need to create a new point type to do this, and to create a new point type I should have an option ‘Point types’ on my BadgeOS menu in the admin dashboard.

    My BadgeOS menu only has these options after updating, deactivating, and reactivating:
    Welcome
    Log Entries
    Settings
    Assets
    OB Integration
    Add-Ons
    Help / Support
    Tools

    I do not see an option to create a new point type in any of these pages. How do I create a new point type? My goal is to migrate all of my users’ information and use the newest version of BadgeOS.

    Hi @dernald ,

    Thanks for reaching out to us.

    We have reproduced the bug in our environment. Our development team will be looking into the fix soon.

    However, for now a temporary work-around would be to use the BadgeOS version 3.6.4 which can be downloaded from the ww.wp.xz.cn page under previous versions heading at https://ww.wp.xz.cn/plugins/badgeos/advanced/. This version doesn’t have that bug.

    Once the upgrade is successful, it can then be upgraded to BadgeOS version 3.6.9.
