Make a FORM into a POST automatically

Hi everybody, here is my issue:

I run a concerts’ website and I give users the chance to add their own shows. For that, there is a form that people fill and the info comes to me as an e-mail (with the separate blank spaces such as city, date, venue, etc.), which I manually enter in a post.

It would make my life much easier if this info on the form could automatically be transformed into a post that I would have to admit later on, like comments, if this happens to exist…

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
