Make a private note for a plugin?

In the admin product page, is there a way to note private product info per product such as supplier etc.?

At this page http://www.xn--ledlysprer-j6a.no/ I use different suppliers for bulbs and it would be good to have a note beside all products that tells me what supplier I should ordre from.
